a) Payment Obligations: By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with the payment terms set forth in the specific agreement or contract established between you and Kamamoja Consulting. This includes the payment amount, frequency, and any other relevant financial arrangements.

b) Billing Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing information. This includes, but is not limited to, valid credit card information or any other payment method accepted by Kamamoja Consulting.

d) Payment Processing: Payments will be processed in accordance with the terms specified in your agreement. This may involve one-time payments, recurring billing, or other payment structures, as agreed upon between you and Kamamoja Consulting.

e) Late Payments: In the event of late or failed payments, Kamamoja Consulting reserves the right to assess late fees or penalties as detailed in your agreement. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments to prevent such penalties.

f) Security: Kamamoja Consulting takes security seriously. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information during transactions. However, we cannot guarantee the security of payment information provided through third-party payment processors.

g) Refunds and Cancellations: Refund and cancellation policies will be outlined in your specific agreement with Kamamoja Consulting. These policies may vary depending on the services provided.

h) Disputed Charges: If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your charges, you must promptly contact Kamamoja Consulting's customer support. Failure to do so may affect the resolution of the dispute.

i) Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of our services. The specific tax obligations and applicable rates will be detailed in your agreement.

j) Modification of Fees: Kamamoja Consulting reserves the right to modify fees or charges associated with our services. Any changes in fees will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified fee structure.

k) Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances on your account must be settled promptly to maintain access to our services. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the suspension or termination of services.

l) Collection Costs: In the event of non-payment, you may be responsible for any collection costs incurred by Kamamoja Consulting in recovering outstanding amounts, including but not limited to legal fees and court costs.

5) Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information and materials provided to you by Kamamoja Consulting during the course of our services.

For clients accessing our services in person, please consider the following additional terms:

a) Location and Safety: When attending in-person sessions, you are responsible for your safety and well-being. Kamamoja Consulting will take reasonable measures to provide a safe environment.

b) Timeliness: We appreciate your punctuality and expect you to arrive on time for in-person appointments. Any session delay may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

c) Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an in-person session, please provide notice within the time frame outlined in your agreement with us. Late cancellations may incur fees.

12) Intellectual Property

Any materials, documents, or content provided by Kamamoja Consulting during the course of our services are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any such materials without our explicit consent.

13) Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our services, both online and in person, if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate conduct.

15) Client Policy on Cyber Bullying:

Kamamoja Consulting is dedicated to providing a positive and respectful online environment for all clients. Cyber bullying and any form of harassment, abuse, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. This policy outlines our commitment to maintaining a safe digital space for our clients.

a) Definition: Cyber bullying is defined as any online behavior that intends to harm, threaten, harass, or intimidate others. This includes, but is not limited to, sending offensive or threatening messages, spreading harmful rumors or false information, engaging in online harassment, or any other behavior intended to cause distress to others.

b) Reporting Cyber Bullying: If you believe that you have been subjected to cyber bullying by any other client or third party associated with Kamamoja Consulting, we strongly encourage you to report the incident. Please contact our support team with details of the incident, including any relevant documentation or evidence.

c) Investigation and Resolution: Kamamoja Consulting will thoroughly investigate all reports of cyber bullying. The identities of those reporting incidents will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Upon completion of the investigation, appropriate action will be taken, which may include warnings, suspensions, or in severe cases, termination of the client's access to our services.

d) Protection of Identity: Kamamoja Consulting is committed to protecting the identity and personal information of those reporting cyber bullying. We will not disclose the identities of those reporting unless required by law.

e) Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to engage with each other and our services in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of cyber bullying not only violates our policies but also disrupts the positive learning and collaborative environment we strive to provide.
f) No Retaliation: Kamamoja Consulting prohibits any form of retaliation against those who report incidents of cyber bullying. Clients must not engage in any retaliatory behavior, and such actions may result in disciplinary measures.

g) Consequences: Clients found to be engaging in cyber bullying will face disciplinary consequences, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of their access to our services.

h) Legal Action: In severe cases, Kamamoja Consulting may take legal action against clients engaged in cyber bullying. Cyber bullying can have legal consequences under applicable laws and regulations.

i) Respect for Privacy: Clients are reminded to respect the privacy of others and to refrain from sharing personal information without consent. Unauthorized sharing of personal information may also be considered a form of cyber bullying.
