We only collect personal information that is adequate, relevant, and strictly necessary for our business functions: contact data (full name, corporate email address, business telephone number, and job title); business information (organisational name, sector, service requirements, procurement records, and RFP documents); and technical usage logs (IP address, browser type, device metadata, operating system, and engagement timestamps).

In instances where cloud hosting, offsite backup servers, or enterprise SaaS tools are hosted outside the borders of South Africa, Kamamoja Consulting ensures that the destination jurisdiction enforces data protection laws providing equal or greater protection than Section 72 of POPIA, or that the processing is governed by binding corporate rules or data transfer agreements.

Under POPIA, you retain the following statutory rights regarding your personal records: the right of access (request confirmation of whether we hold personal records concerning you); the right to rectification (request correction or updating of incorrect, outdated, or incomplete data); the right to erasure or objection (object to processing on reasonable grounds or request destruction where retention is no longer authorised); and the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (website: https://inforegulator.org.za/, email: complaints.IR@inforegulator.org.za).
